Strategic Council

 

In this modality, mentor Nine sits on the board of directors of his company. The board member's primary function is to maintain, when making decisions, the strategic direction of the business in accordance with the objectives and planning as a whole, protecting its assets and maximizing the return on its investments.

 

In order to implement the marketing advisor, the company must have already gone through the planning stages with Nove. 

 

Meetings take place quarterly.
